Leadership is a big challenge. There are many factors that go into effective leadership. One is knowing what you need to know and another is knowing what you do not know. Another is knowing how to handle change, when it is a good idea and when not.

Connecting The Dots

Questions, ideas, and insights to stimulate your thinking and to help integrate this week's information into your life.

Insight 1

If you are co-creating you can only be in the present because that is where all creating takes place.

Insight 2

Co-creating means you are always in your center. When you are centered you allow the past, present, and future to speak to you and you move forward with whatever the next step is for you in your activities.

Insight 3

Co-creating is a great way to avoid the use of force by allowing your agenda to be set by the unfolding of life - by whatever next step needs to be taken.
