The best way to prepare for the future is to take care of the present.

March Week 1: Getting Real, Keeping It Real

Overview And Objectives

If you connect directly with energy, you get a lot of the real in life. As a highly sensitive person, you cannot escape it. A lot of that energy is mental energy swirling around us. Sensitive people are present to the energy conflicts in the world and often struggle with them.

One of our projects this year is to understand and let go of the conflicts around us so we can embrace a life that suits us better. One way to eliminate the distractions of social conflicts is to be present which we are walking about this week.

Presence, Simplicity And Keeping It Real

Being present is step one on the co-creator's journey. What does that mean exactly? How do simplicity and embracing the basics factor in?

“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”
