August Week 4: Welcoming Home Your Loyal Soldier

Overview And Objectives

We all develop a part of us, a protective part,  that helps us survive our early years. This part of us is not just our inner child. It is created by the inner child to keep parts of ourselves hidden that will cause others to hurt us if the characteristic is shown.

Part of being authentic it to welcome, honor and celebrate this loyal soldier.

The Loyal Soldier

We all have a loyal soldier who needs to be treated with respect and care, healed from past injustices.

“Invisible threads are the strongest ties.”

Friedrich Nietzsche
