How To Explore

To make your explorations meaningful, use these steps to enjoy the deepest and most fruitful experience.

Step 1: Learn Concepts

Each week we will have some concepts for you and ways to connect with them through articles, videos, stories, and exercises.

Step 2: Do Inner Exploration

Many modules will include questions so you can privately explore how the information has manifested in your life. You will have the opportunity to reassess and release old ideas that are holding you back.

Step 3: Discuss With Other Members

We have a great community here. This is a safe place to ask questions, try out ideas and ask for help around a topic.

Step 4: Integrate Knowledge

Integrating the learning into your life is like peeling an onion. That is why we start with concepts and then look at how to apply them. You really own the knowledge by working with it in your daily life.
